Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires. We get new styles every week and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

IN STORE RETURNS:

If you shopped with us in store, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to either exchange the item(s) or receive store credit. All sale items, bodysuits, swimwear, eyelashes, hats and body products are final sale (NO Returns). Tags must still remain on the garment, unworn, and in unused condition. In addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up, pet hair and damage free. Shoes must be unworn which includes, but not limited to, any signs of wear & in the original shoe box. Shoe returns must adhere to all of our requirements from our Return Policy above. Receipt must be present at time of return as well.

ONLINE RETURNS:

We understand that shopping with us online isn't always as fun as shopping in person!  If you're unsatisfied with the fit or size you ordered online, we are happy to issue you ONLINE STORE CREDIT once your order has been returned to the address below within 14 days of delivery. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges. Please consider when ordering online that all sale items, bodysuits, swimwear, eyelashes, hats and body product items are final sale (NO returns). Tags must still remain on the garment, unworn, and in unused condition. In addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up, pet hairs and damage free.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your store credit.
  • Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, then we will not accept the return.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our store is attempted.

  • All sale/marked down items are FINAL SALE, meaning they are not eligible for return.

SHOE RETURN POLICY:

  • Shoes must be UNWORN which includes, but not limited to, any signs of wear.
  • Merchandise must be in original packaging with the original invoice included.
  • Shoe returns must adhere to all of our requirements from our Return Policy above.Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, then we will not accept a return.  

OTHER:

  • Please follow all care and wash instructions seen on inside tag of garment, Vanilla Fringe Boutique is not responsible for items damaged in wash.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
  • If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our office within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
